  2. Payment - Interac e-Transfer (info@therameals.ca) or cash upon delivery

  3. Nutrition Counselling - Please contact us

  4. Customized Meal Plan Preparation - Adjusted from the Basic Weekly Menu According to Your Diet

  5. Regular Delivery - Every Saturday or Sunday (2 PM - 8 PM)
