1. Ordering Policy

The order deadline is every Tuesday, and deliveries begin on Sunday of that week.

Orders are accepted through our official KakaoTalk channel, website, or customer service channels.

Full prepayment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order (name, address, phone number, and selected menu items must be provided).

Upon successful payment, an order confirmation will be issued via email.
2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Requests for order modifications or cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Requests received after this deadline may not be eligible for changes or refunds.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on the financial institution.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are made within designated service areas in Canada.

Meals are shipped using insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to ensure product safety and freshness in accordance with Canadian food safety standards.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses or incomplete information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring timely retrieval of packages upon delivery.
4. Delivery Areas & Fees

Delivery service is currently available in select regions within Canada.

Shipping fees may vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Remote or rural areas may be subject to additional delivery charges or extended delivery times.
5. Food Safety & Storage

All meals are fully cooked and delivered chilled or frozen.

Upon receipt, products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately.

Customers must follow all provided storage and reheating instructions prior to consumption.

We are not responsible for food quality or safety issues resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
