1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Subscription Services

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected schedule. Customers may modify, pause, or cancel their subscription with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the next billing date. Charges already processed are non-refundable once meal preparation has begun.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within designated service areas in Canada. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Food Safety & Allergies

All meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that may handle common allergens. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once meals have been prepared or shipped. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable province and the federal laws of Canada.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
